Sew Creative Owners:
Terry Tobey co-owned a quilt store in Portland called Pioneer Quilts before moving to Ashland 1 1/2 years ago. She does yoga in her spare time. Terry has two grown daughters and her sister Peg has been doing all of our computer inputting and keeping the Sew Creative staff organized. It's a family affair! Terry loves taupes, felted wool and all things batik.
Karen Bates has been a fabric artist for over 30 years. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Karen makes Ashland her permanent home, teaching classes as well as facilitating the Rogue Art Quilters. Her four children and her family have cheered her own in this wonderful endeavor.
